Rachael is a play therapist supervisor and a coach for women in transition, with 20 years experience as a social worker and trauma therapist. She has a specialization in play therapy, and works with a deeply relational and embodied approach. For over fifteen years, she supported individuals, children and families in cultivating safety, connection, and healing through presence-based, attachment-informed therapy. In this season, she enjoys providing consultation for play therapists, offering connection, community, and supporting certification in the field of play therapy.
Alongside her clinical practice, she also serves as a Coach. She brings the depth of her therapeutic background into sessions, guiding clients to reconnect with their authentic self and navigate life with greater clarity and alignment.
