Rachael is a play therapist supervisor and human design coach. She is an experienced trauma therapist, with a specialization in play therapy, and she works from a deeply relational and embodied approach. For over a decade, I supported children and families in cultivating safety, connection, and healing through presence-based, attachment-informed play therapy. I now primarily provide consultation to play therapists, offering connection, community, and supporting certification in the field.
Alongside my clinical practice, I also serve as a Human Design coach. I bring the depth of my therapeutic background into coaching sessions, guiding clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and navigate life with greater clarity and alignment.
Whether in a clinical session or in my Human Design work, the focus is always on creating spaces where people feel seen, understood, and empowered.
